the agency LI account is actively giving away the strategy we use on clients and our internal growth. We're also mixing in some of our "hard" focuses as we build client marketing depts. this is the "how to", steal it for your own business.
my founder personal brand dives even deeper, sharing the "why" behind the processes and the insights from the analytics. I also talk about my perception on go to market trends
@tides on X is our distribution handle. we're focused on building an audience of Twitter uses interested in "technology" "entrepreneurship" "business" and "finance" that's it. Over time we're building this into a media brand with entertainment and tips centered around those topics.
YouTube and TikTok are for providing more in depth and personal takes from me than what the text only platforms allow. we're pivoting to a build in public model there to showcase the thought process behind building a new agency model for startup growth.

theweeklyinvoice started off as a personal newsletter that we're building into a b2b tech marketing media company. we're pivoting to include newsletter submissions from the Rising Tides team, founder and professionals we respect. the newsletter is middle of the funnel content for the top of funnel @tides audience. next month weโre investing in ConvertKit, SparkToro and Meta ads to grow the newsletter.

in line with our "give the work away free" mentality our team is documenting the process, strategy and tech stacks we provide clients and then giving it all away on our domain. we acknowledge that many of our audience won't have the finances to use our resources today so we're giving away the map to help them scale to the point where they are ready to have us implement.

we are scraping views and engagement from the social handles, content anchors and campaigns using Clay, then running them against our ideal client qualifiers before running retargeting and nurturing campaigns driven by your socially enriched profiles.

i am actively scaling my media presence, saying yes to all podcast opportunities, working on a book and seeking speaking engagements. these resources give us additional properties to scrape while cementing the social proof around me and the tides decentralized concept. I know this isn't a traditional newsletter piece but I also feel like it's time to lift the lid on the model. I'm obsessed with client funnels and won't be satisfied until we "own" distribution within multiple channels, including investment in our own AI funnels and eventually Large Language Model (llm).
